A motorcycle seat is made of three main parts; the base, the foam, and the cover. The base is made of high quality ABS. The foam used in Z1R seats is a special urethane made to our specs in order to outlast most competitors. The covers on our seats are made of a high-quality vinyl that stands up to the elements and the wear and tear a seat endures. Every seat that comes out of our shop is made with the skill and quality you only get in a handmade product. From the foam injected for each seat to the hand cutting of the high-quality automotive vinyl covering, each seat is treated as if it is going to end up on our own bikes.
